Matthew D. Longtin graduated from Pacific University and the University of Oregon School of Law. He has been a member of the Lane County Bar Association and Oregon State Bar since 1998. Mr. Longtin is admitted to practice in all Oregon Courts as well as the United States District Court for the State of Oregon and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Longtin is a current member of the Lane County Family Law Advisory Committee, and Eugene Family YMCA Board of Directors. He is a past president of the Lane County Bar Association and served as Chairman of the Lane County Judicial Applicant Review Committee. ln 2007, he lectured on contemporary issues in United States family law at the Harbin Institute of Technology Law School in Harbin, China. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Longtin was a surface navigator in the United States Navy and earned the Navy Achievement Medal for outstanding performance in the Persian Gulf.
Harold S. Neth practices family law as an Associate of Matthew D. Longtin, LLC. He earned his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law and a Master's in Conflict and Dispute Resolution concurrently with his law degree. After law school, he served for two years as judicial clerk to the Honorable Mustafa T. Kasubhai at the Lane County Circuit Court. As a trained mediator, Mr. Neth welcomes clients who seek to avoid the stress and expense of litigation. He is also a zealous advocate when circumstances require. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Lane County Bar Association.
Mallory J. Woodman practices family law as an Associate of Matthew D. Longtin, LLC. Ms. Woodman graduated from Humboldt State University and the University of Oregon School of Law. During law school, Ms. Woodman gained experience with family law related matters through the U of O Domestic Violence Clinic and her work at Legal Aid Services of Oregon, Klamath Falls Regional Office. After law school, Ms. Woodman clerked for the Honorable Karrie K. McIntyre at the Lane County Circuit Court. Ms. Woodman is a member of the Oregon State Bar, Lane County Bar Association, Lane County Family Law Advisory Committee, and serves as the co-chair of the Lane County Bar Association Family Law Section.
